Ricciardo: ‘Come Melbourne, We'll Be There'
Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo says he believes his RB11 is slowly getting up to competitive pace after finishing near the top of the charts on Day 1. Ricciardo completed a relatively low number of laps today, just 59, with most of the Australian's mileage coming in the afternoon. The team took most of the morning fine-tuning updates to the car since the last time it ran in the Jerez test. Some minor software issues were the only slight cause of concern for the team, which Head of Race Engineering Guillaume Rocquelin explained didn't hold back their program: “A slightly difficult morning for the team but not wholly unexpected given that we had some new parts here which needed to be...
