astor Maldonado put Lotus back on top of the timesheets on a cloudy and at one point damp third day at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, setting the best time of the week so far with the Super Soft tyre.During a mid-afternoon run, and following a very light rain shower, Maldonado clocked a 1:24.348, four tenths up on Toro Rosso rookie Max Verstappen.Verstappen had held the top spot at the end of the morning session, delivering his best Super Soft effort an hour before the break.
