FIA confirms ban on driver helmet changes
+ The FIA has formally banned the changing of driver helmet liveries during the season. The ban, which was first revealed last month, has now been included in the updated 2015 Formula 1 Sporting Regulations. “In order for drivers to be easily distinguished from one another whilst they are on the track, the crash helmet of each driver must be presented in substantially the same livery at every Event during a Championship season,” the updated Article 21.1 reads. The rule change means that special one-off designs, which have become popular in recent years, will now be banned. The updated Sporting Regulations do not clarify what, if any punishment, drivers will face if they opt to ignore...
