Manor announce Roberto Merhi as second driver

Manor F1 Team have announced Roberto Merhi as their second driver. It's come as no real surprise after weeks of speculation. Having announced Will Stevens as a driver a few weeks ago, speculation has been rife over who would take the second cockpit at the team.
