Malaysia GP: Practice notes - Manor
The Manor Marussia F1 Team made a positive and ultimately promising return to the racetrack today, building on the valuable work achieved in Melbourne. During the course of the two Free Practice sessions, the team's new rookie drivers Will Stevens and Roberto Merhi completed a total of 34 laps of reliable running, with only a small spin for Roberto interrupting the day's progress. Will Stevens: 'It's really nice to be back in a Formula 1 car and to get down to the business of racing. The day ran very smoothly versus our planned programme and I'm particularly pleased that my times in both sessions were inside the 107%. Considering how little running we have done, today is a really good step...
