Manor permitted to race Malaysian GP

The Manor F1 team have been granted permission to compete in tomorrow's Malaysian Grand Prix. Manor endured a difficult qualifying session after both drivers fell outside of the permitted 107% limit. Will Stevens was unable to contest the session due to a technical problem, whilst Roberto Merhi was unable to set a time quick enough to automatically qualify. This mean't that a decision had to be made by the stewards regarding their competitiveness. It was decided that as both Stevens and Merhi had gone faster in the practice sessions earlier in the weekend, they would be allowed to compete in the race.
