Toto Wolff: Brake problems due to 'sky high temperatures'

Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff explained that both Mercedes drivers suffered from brake-by-wire system failures due to 'sky high' temperatures. In the closing stages of the Bahrain Grand Prix, Mercedes came under pressure from Ferrari and Kimi Raikkonen,who were quipped with the softer, faster tyre compound. In the final couple of laps, Nico Rosberg was unable to defend his position due to a brake failure at the end of the main straight, gifting second place to the Finn.
