Hamilton quickest in rain-hit second practice

– Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton remained at the top of the times as a rain shower severely limited running during Thursday afternoon's second free practice session for the Monaco Grand Prix.Hamilton set a 1:17.192 during the early runs on the Soft tyre, before Roberto Merhi crashed and brought out the red flags.Ahead of the session restart, with just over an hour of the session remaining, rain began to fall and gradually intensified.Aside from a bold run on Super Softs from Pastor Maldonado, drivers stayed in their garages until the final 15 minutes, when the rain had stopped.With running completed on Pirelli's wet tyre compounds, lap times were considerably slower and positions...
