Vettel gets grid drop for red flag pass

– Sebastian Vettel has been given a five-place grid penalty and three penalty points for overtaking under red flags during Canadian Grand Prix practice.Vettel was seen overtaking Roberto Merhi's Manor Marussia during the second red flag phase in Saturday morning's final practice session."I was behind the Manor and I don't know what the problem was with him, he was quite slow and I passed him," the Ferrari driver said of the move.Both Vettel and Merhi were called to the stewards after qualifying to discuss the incident, and the panel hit Vettel with the aforementioned penalties.Vettel was already due to start back in 15th position for tomorrow's race, the German unable to...
