Maldonado: Everything was under control

Pastor Maldonado says everything was 'under control' despite two big moments while hunting down Max Verstappen during last weekend's Austrian Grand Prix. The Venezuelan driver almost lost control of his Lotus as he attempted to pass Verstappen on the pit straight, before later suffering a slide exiting Turn 1. He eventually moved ahead of the Toro Rosso driver to finish seventh at the Red Bull Ring. 'It’s great to get another seventh position and the points that come with it,' he said.
