Electrical issues hamper Verstappen

Red Bull/Getty Images Toro Rosso rookie Max Verstappen was left to rue electrical problems which cost him valuable track time during practice for the Hungarian Grand Prix. Verstappen was 11th fastest in the second practice session but was able to complete only 19 laps, compared to the 37 racked up by team-mate Carlos Sainz Jr. "We started the day off well, taking it easy, learning the track and setting-up the car," said Verstappen.
