Hulkenberg confirmed to new Force India contract

Nico Hulkenberg has signed a two-year extension to his Sahara Force India contract to remain with the Silverstone-based team for the 2016 and 2017 Formula 1 season. The German driver is in his second spell with the team, having competed in 2012 alongside Paul di Resta, and returned to the team after a year away at Sauber in 2014 alongside current team-mate Sergio Perez. Dr Vijay Mallya had hinted that the team would field an unchanged line-up for next season, and with Hulkenberg now confirmed, they are halfway to achieving that.
