Fernando Alonso doesn't believe Q3 was possible

Singapore Grand Prix – Mclaren-Honda's Fernando Alonso says that he doesn't believe Q3 was possible. This is after the McLaren driver's final Q2 run was ruined by yellow flags. Having shown top ten pace in practice, Alonso was a shoe-in to repeat the feat in qualifying to score McLaren's best result of the season. Instead, he had to settle for P12 and only matching McLaren's best starting position. His quest wasn't helped by yellow flags coming out in the closing minute of Q2 after compatriot Carlos Sainz hit the wall leaving the tunnel and had to crawl slowly back to the pits.
