Upgraded Renault engine available in Austin

Red Bull/Getty Images Renault says that it will make its upgraded power unit available at the United States Grand Prix, though it has not yet been decided whether Red Bull and Toro Rosso will use the updated engine. Renault has held back on using its development tokens until this weekend's event but any changes for Red Bull and Toro Rosso will require drivers to sustain a grid penalty.
