Massa rues struggles with rear tyre wear

Williams Martini Racing Williams driver Felipe Massa was left to lament a trying Mexican Grand Prix, in which the Brazilian felt excessive rear tyre wear cost him a chance of a higher finish. Massa started alongside team-mate Valtteri Bottas on the grid but whereas the Finn surged to third position, Massa lost out in the race to Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo and came home sixth. "It was a very positive race for the team, to have a good fight with Red Bull and come out with a podium is encouraging on a track that suits them better than it does us," Massa said.
