Pirelli book post-season test

Pirelli have revealed a 12-hour test of their 2016 tyres will be held at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday December 1. The test follows the season-ending Grand Prix at the venue two days earlier and runs from 9am until 9pm. The test will see the debut of the new ultrasoft compound. All 10 F1 teams have been invited to run one car, preferably with a race or reserve driver at the wheel, but participation is voluntary. Teams "will not be allowed to try new parts nor alter the cars during the test" and "Pirelli will define the test programme for each car".
