Drivers compromising their health to lose weight – Sainz
Toro Rosso driver, Carlos Sainz believes several drivers including himself are risking their health to a huge extent in order to lose weight prior to the start of the 2016 Formula 1 season. Due to the increased weights of cars for the 2016 season, several drivers are facing the problems of heavy weight, and they are set for a challenge to quickly lose weight before the season opener in under a month at Australia. Sainz also claims the heavier the driver is, the less 'ballast' available in the cars.
