Toro Rosso duo 'clearly feel' Ferrari gains

– Toro Rosso drivers Carlos Sainz Jr. and Max Verstappen have both spoken of wide-ranging improvements with Ferrari power units during pre-season testing in Barcelona.Toro Rosso ran Renault engines over the first two seasons of the latest turbo era in 2014 and 2015 but has switched back to Ferrari for 2016, albeit a year-old specification.Sainz Jr. and Verstappen have been running the new Ferrari-powered STR11 at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, and were keen to note a general step forward."It's a little bit early to say but the feeling is already really good," said Sainz Jr."Regarding Ferrari [power units], I must say it's certainly a step forward in terms of...
