Vettel, Ferrari on top as testing concludes

– Sebastian Vettel posted the quickest time as pre-season testing concluded at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, ensuring that his Ferrari team topped five out of the eight allocated days.Vettel used the Super Soft tyre to clock a 1:22.852, a tenth down on team-mate Kimi Räikkönen's test benchmark, on the Ultra Softs.Vettel also gave the 'halo' head protection prototype a run, concurring with Räikkönen that the device had a minimal impact on vision.Toro Rosso's Carlos Sainz Jr. was three tenths slower on the Ultra Soft, having gradually worked through Pirelli's various dry compounds.Felipe Massa followed in the Williams, over half a second further back, after using the same...
