We've seen the Technical Directive from 8.3.16. It has been summarised in this document what the teams can and can't say; have there been any changes since then? Will there be any changes? Is that the definitive list?Charlie Whiting: No, it was replaced this morning after the team managers' meeting yesterday. There's a few more things that they can say. I suggest you read that first. Or would you like me to tell you what they are? The main changes are that a team can tell a driver to stay out, which we hadn't said before.
