Rosberg offers apology to Hamilton

As Nico Rosberg claimed the first race victory of the season at the Australian Grand Prix, he also apologised to Lewis Hamilton for allegedly pushing him out wide at the start of the race. Hamilton surrendered his pole position start after Ferrari duo Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen managed to pip the Mercedes cars during the first couple turns of lap 1. The Englishman claimed that Rosberg pushed him out wide, which lost him a couple places, and that his front wing got clipped in the process.
