Pérez: Racing more important than speed

– Force India's Sergio Pérez says close racing should be considered more important than outright speed in Formula 1, as the sport continues to evaluate a potential regulation overhaul for 2017.Formula 1's planned 2017 technical changes, focused on revised bodywork, are aimed at creating "more exciting cars, delivering additional downforce to increase speeds and lower lap times."But as the new April 30 technical deadline approaches, Pérez has questioned F1's approach."When you think about it, all the rule changes we're making is to try to make races a bit more unpredictable, with more overtaking, but I think we're going in the wrong direction," Pérez...
