Alonso: 'P10 is nothing compared to our goals'

Spanish Grand Prix – McLaren may have made it into Q3 on Saturday, but Fernando Alonso says he isn't getting carried away by visible improvement just yet. Alonso made it into Q3; McLaren-Honda's first time to make it so far in qualifying since the resumption of their partnership. However, despite the result proving McLaren's progress over the last 18 months is real, Alonso says that it's not really that big a deal: 'It's nothing really compared to our goals which is to win world championships, so it's a mini target that we need to work through. Q3 then maybe regularly in the points, then close to podium positions but something you need to work through. We are in the right direction,...
