10 second time penalty & points for Kevin Magnussen

Spanish Grand Prix – Renault's Kevin Magnussen has been given a time penalty after being deemed to have caused a collision with teammate Jolyon Palmer.  Magnussen rolled home in P14, having started P15, but fell back to P15 after being given a time penalty after the race. Racing teammate Jolyon Palmer on the final lap, Magnussen & Palmer banged wheels at Turn 13 and both were summoned before the race stewards as a result. Magnussen was found to be at fault, as the stewards explained: 'Magnussen was on a new set of soft tyres, and Palmer was on an older set of hard tyres leading him to have significantly better grip and speed.
