Esteban Gutierrez: “We completed almost everything we needed to achieve”

It was a positive day’s running for Esteban Gutierrez on the final day of testing at the Circuit de Catalunya on Wednesday. The Mexican completed 105 laps throughout the day, whilst running through aerodynamic performance tests on the medium tyres at the start of the session, before moving onto aero mapping, set-up and development work later in the morning. During the afternoon Gutierrez switched between the soft and super-soft compound tyres, as the Haas F1 team continued with development work, before he posted his fastest time of the day on the red walled rubber.
