Bianchi family launches legal action

Manor Racing The family of Jules Bianchi have launched legal action in the United Kingdom against the FIA, the Formula One Group and the Marussia team. Bianchi sustained a diffuse axonal injury at the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix when his car left the circuit and struck a recovery vehicle, which was tending to the stranded car of Adrian Sutil. Bianchi passed away last July, and an FIA Accident Panel investigated the incident before concluding that Bianchi had not slowed sufficiently for yellow flags.
