Bianchi family sue FOM, FIA & Marussia

Monaco Grand Prix – The family of the late Jules Bianchi have launched legal action, taking out a case against the parties they deem responsible for the death of the French driver. Bianchi died in July 2015, having never awoken from a coma caused by head injuries he suffered in a massive crash at the October 2014 race at Suzuka, Japan. Driving for Marussia, Bianchi went off the track in atrocious conditions and struck a removal vehicle that was moving the crashed Sauber of Adrian Sutil. Almost a year on from his death, his family have begun legal proceeding seeking 'Justice for Jules'. Legal firm Stewarts Law have sent letters of intent to the parties the Bianchi family hold...
