Vettel jumps quickest before Magnussen shunts

Sebastian Vettel has shot to the top of the timesheet by becoming the first driver into the 1m 13s bracket as both Ferrari and Red Bull make a charge on Mercedes but the final practice was curtailed early after Kevin Magnussen crashed heavily.
