Hulkenberg hoped for top six finish

Sahara Force India Nico Hulkenberg said he was happy to score points for a second successive race at the Canadian Grand Prix, but held ambitions of challenging for the top six places. Hulkenberg started from ninth place at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve and ran a two-stop strategy to move into eighth position, earning four championship points. However, Hulkenberg believes the VJM09 was more difficult to drive in race trim compared to its form across a single lap in qualifying.
