Rosberg backs Red Bull Ring changes

– Nico Rosberg has backed the resurfacing and kerb additions at the Red Bull Ring after the first day of practice for the Austrian Grand Prix.Ahead of the 2016 event, the entire track and pit lane was resurfaced, while extra kerbs were added to prevent drivers exceeding track limits.Allied to Pirelli's new Ultra Soft tyre, Rosberg set a new outright lap record of 1:07.373 in FP1, and topped FP2 before the rainfall arrived."From my point of view [the] changes are pretty cool and it's still a really enjoyable track to drive," Rosberg commented after practice."The new asphalt seems to be suiting our car quite well, maybe better even than the old tarmac, but tyre usage...
