Raikkonen to stay at Ferrari next season

Kimi Raikkonen Ferrari has confirmed that Kimi Raikkonen will stay at the squad for the 2017 season. The Finn’s future at the Maranello squad had been uncertain with the 2007 world champion’s contract set to expire at the end of the season. Ferrari has now moved to end the speculation surrounding its second seat by confirming a new deal for Raikkonen. The announcement, which arrives on the eve of the British Grand Prix, will see the 36-year-old continue to partner Sebastian Vettel next season.
