Vettel pleased at Raikkonen contract extension

Sebastian Vettel expressed his delight after it was announced that his teammate Kimi Raikkonen was going to stay another year at Ferrari. The Scuderia announced the extension this morning before the two practice sessions, where Ferrari fell behind Mercedes in both FP1 and FP2. The German claimed that it was the right decision to tie the Finn down to another year, saying that their working relationship is second to none. 'We're both pushing hard, trying to help the team as much as we can, putting our own interests aside and not letting that impact on the team's effort, so I think it was the right call,' said Vettel.
