Verstappen Awarded 2016 Bandini Trophy
Verstappen Awarded 2016 Bandini Trophy The award was established in 1992 in memory of the Italian driver who was killed in an accident at the 1967 Monaco Grand Prix. This year it goes to the Dutch driver, in recognition of his great debut season, when he drove for us in 2015, scoring 42 points to finish 12th in the World Championship. The precocious youngster rewrote several records last season: in our car, Max became the youngest driver to take part in a Formula 1 Grand Prix, the youngest to score points. But that wasn't the end of it. After his recent switch to Red Bull Racing, Max also became the youngest ever winner of an F1 race, when he was first past the flag in the Spanish Grand...
