Raikkonen irritated by lack of consistency in penalties

 XPB Images Kimi Raikkonen was left frustrated with what he perceives to be a lack of consistency in the enforcement of penalties from Formula One race stewards following his contact with Red Bull’s Max Verstappen in the Hungarian Grand Prix.
