Rosberg completes Free Practice hat-trick

Heading into qualifying full of confidence, Nico Rosberg was again able to replicate his Friday form ahead of Saturday afternoon. The German would be followed closely by team-mate Lewis Hamilton, Daniel Ricciardo, and the two Ferrari’s headed by Kimi Raikkonen. Team-mate Lewis Hamilton would be embroiled in controversy early, after being released out of the Mercedes garage in front of Romain Grosjean. The Frenchman was required to slam his breaks, and the stewards subsequently announced an ‘unsafe release’ investigation. A third reprimand for the Briton would hamper his championship efforts, given he is also anticipated to take a double engine change at the next Belgian Grand Prix....
