Verstappen says penalised Rosberg didn't turn

Max Verstappen says he would have crashed with Nico Rosberg had he not gone off track, insisting the German did not turn in their clash during the German Grand Prix. Rosberg dove down the inside of Verstappen as they fought for third place, but left his braking too late and did not make the corner normally. Verstappen had to run wide to avoid contact, and Rosberg was given a five-second time penalty for forcing his rival off the track. Rosberg claimed on the radio that he was turning as much as he could. "Can you explain to them that I was full lock on the steering wheel and I couldn't steer more," said Rosberg after he was informed of the penalty, subsequently placing the blame...
