Verstappen fastest In FP2, Hamilton penalized again Max Verstappen posted the fastest time a Red Bull one-two in the second Formula 1 practice session for the Belgian Grand Prix on Friday afternoon at Spa. While another engine penalty ensured Lewis Hamilton will start Sunday's race from the back row.
