Magnussen confident he will be fit for Monza

Kevin Magnussen is confident that he will be fit to take part in the Italian Grand Prix following his high-speed crash in Belgium. The Dane had to be taken to hospital for precautionary checks on a cut ankle following a massive impact with the tyre barriers on the exit of Raidillon. He had lost control of his Renault over the kerbs and spun off, smashing into the tyres with an impact that forced the race to be stopped so repairs could be made to the barriers.
