Bite-size tech: McLaren rear wing and Halo

McLaren has chosen a fairly benign rear wing design in order to take on the high speed challenges of the Monza circuit. Rather than go all out with a radical wing like we've seen from some of the other teams, McLaren has simply decided to run its regular design with shorter chord flaps with less angle of attack. From a development point of view it frees the team up to conduct other more important work, given that Monza is a one-off in terms of downforce levels.
