Red Bull expects stronger showing at Suzuka

Red Bull believes its car should perform better at Suzuka this weekend that it did at Sepang last time out when it was able to pressure Mercedes into reliability dramas. Daniel Ricciardo secured his first victory of the season in the Malaysian GP after early race leader Lewis Hamilton suffered an engine failure while he was pushing hard to extend his advantage at the front. With Suzuka's characteristics being better suited to Red Bull – thanks to there being only one long straight – Red Bull senses there could be another opportunity to challenge Mercedes.
