Not ruling on Mercedes’ protest against Verstappen until US GP Formula 1 governing body FIA confirmed that, Mercedes' protest against Max Verstappen's defending from Lewis Hamilton in the penultimate lap of the Japanese Grand Prix will be rule at United States Grand Prix.
