Gutierrez will learn his Haas fate in ‘two to three weeks'
While Guenther Steiner says Haas have not made any decision about their 2017 line-up, they will let Esteban Gutierrez know within the 'next two to three weeks.' Gutierrez gave Haas a deadline in the build-up to the Mexican Grand Prix, saying he wants to have his future resolved in the next two weeks. He also stated that he has 'other options which we are now considering strongly.' But while Haas have yet to decide whether they want to retain the former Sauber driver, team boss Steiner says they will make a decision in the next few weeks.
