History on Rosberg s side ahead of crunch Brazilian GP

Nico Rosberg says he has no plans to deviate from his 'one race at a time' approach as he heads to the Brazilian Grand Prix knowing a win will be enough to seal a first 2016 F1 World Championship title. Though he struggled to match Lewis Hamilton in Austin and Mexico City on pure pace, a brace of second place finishes behind his main title rival gives him a 19 point deficit coming into the final two rounds in Brazil and Abu Dhabi. With only 18 points awarded for second place, if Rosberg wins at Interlagos he will be crowned champion with a race in hand.
