Kimi Raikkonen: “I was happier with the car”

Kimi Raikkonen was happy to qualify third for the Brazilian Grand Prix, even if he felt he didn’t get the best out of his final lap in qualifying. The Scuderia Ferrari driver was unable to match the pace of the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team during the session but his last lap was enough to see him jump Max Verstappen. “Today everything felt a bit more normal than yesterday and I was happier with the car,” said Raikkonen. “Overall it was easier for everybody, the cooler temperatures helped, yesterday the track was very hot. “To be honest the feeling in the last lap was not so good, the front was sliding in the first two corners and I struggled a bit in the middle sector...
