– World Champion Nico Rosberg says he would have stayed in Formula 1 for another season had he not beaten Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton to this year's crown.Rosberg stunned the sport on Friday by announcing his immediate retirement from Formula 1, having achieved his life-long goal of becoming World Champion.Rosberg, who earlier in the year signed a contract extension through to 2018, revealed that he would have continued to compete next season had he not overhauled Hamilton."No, I never give up, so if I had finished second I would have gone for another year for sure next year, definitely," he said.When asked if he would ever consider returning to the sport, Rosberg...
