Nicholas Latifi hoping to increase involvement with F1 team in 2017

GP2 driver Nicholas Latifi says he is hoping to increase his involvement with the Renault Formula 1 team in 2017. He joined Renault as a test driver in March, juggling F1 duties alongside his first full-time season in GP2 with DAMS. The Canadian completed running in private tests at Silverstone and Valencia with Renault’s 2012 car, the E20. However, the plan of taking part in a first practice session during the 2016 F1 season failed to materialise.
