Ecclestone: No-one can blame Rosberg for retiring

Bernie Ecclestone says he can “understand” why Nico Rosberg made the “bold decision” to quit Formula One at the end of the last campaign. The German driver decided to announce his retirement from the sport only days after winning his first Formula One world championship in 2016. Questions were raised over the timing of the decision but Ecclestone finds it baffling as to how anyone can question the former Mercedes star for quitting. “He has done his job.
