Revealed: Winning design for Hamilton's 2017 helmet
Lewis Hamilton has chosen which fan-created helmet he will wear after Mercedes revealed the results of the competition he hosted. In January, Hamilton asked fans to submit their entries for his new helmet livery, stating that he would choose the design that was the 'most stylish, inspiring, iconic and eye-catching'. Over 8,000 entered the competition, and now Mercedes have unveiled the winning design via their Twitter page. The Brit will use the winner’s design throughout the 2017 season and the winner will also receive a full-sized replica that has been signed by the three-time World Champion.
