Red Bull hopes 'shark fin' removed for 2018

– Red Bull team boss Christian Horner says he hopes Formula 1 can agree to outlaw the 'shark fin' for 2018, after the aerodynamic device returned under this year's regulations.Red Bull pioneered the shark fin on its RB4 back in 2008, moving away from the traditional engine cover, and rivals swiftly followed suit, before it fell into disuse in 2011.However, under new regulations for 2017, the structure has made a comeback, with every Formula 1 team modelling the system during pre-season testing on Monday.Horner revealed that the issue was raised during a Strategy Group meeting last year and a ban on its use was attempted, for aesthetic purposes, but such a move was ultimately...
