Verstappen hoping for rain after Q1 exit

– Max Verstappen is pinning his hopes on a wet Chinese Grand Prix after a technical problem led to him dropping out in the first qualifying phase on Saturday.Red Bull driver Verstappen encountered an engine software problem from the outset in Q1, with his mechanics unable to fix it when he returned to the pits.Verstappen was sent back out track, still down on power, with a change of engine modes not aiding his cause, and ultimately placed 19th out of 20 runners."We had problems straight away – no power," said Verstappen."We're still investigating.
